My Journey
I began my career by completing a Diploma in Home Science, which helped shape my understanding of planning, organization, and people-centric work.
I then entered the corporate world with Airtel, where I spent five years in the telecom industry. Starting as a cashier, I steadily grew into a Team Leader, gaining valuable experience in customer service, operations, and team management.
To further strengthen my leadership skills, I worked with Tata Telecom for two years as a Team Leader, where I honed my ability to manage responsibilities, meet targets, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
In 2011, I chose to bring my experience back to my roots by joining my father’s real estate business, Shree Ganesh Lands. Since then, I have been actively involved in the business, helping clients make informed property decisions and building long-term relationships based on trust and transparency.
